John Palser first came to work for Echo in Warehouse Operations while attending High School in Council Bluffs. After leaving the state to attend TCU where he studied Biology, he returned to Echo to grow the lighting design services area. John spearheaded the development of the regional market for Lighting Control Services, eventually starting the Echo Tech division which specialized in Lighting Control, Home Theater and Home Automation. John was recently made a Principal in the merger between Echo Tech and Echo Lighting into the newly formed Echo Systems, and was the driving force behind Echo System’s new one-of-a-kind $2 million Experience Center. He currently serves as company Vice President. John resides in Lincoln with his wife and two children.
Sam Guarino has worked in various aspects of the electronics systems integration industry over the past 17 years, gaining experience in sales, design & engineering, project management, and eventually operations. He has always been drawn to technology and how it can improve our way of life, majoring in Management Information Systems and getting his MCSE.
Originally from Omaha, his career has taken him from Hawaii to Boston and back. Sam was recruited by Echo from his position as Chief Operating Officer of a high-end custom integration company in the Rocky Mountains. He currently serves as Echo Systems Operations Manager. He lives in Omaha with his wife and three children.
Marketing Coordinator & Senior Sales Consultant
Doug Dushan has 17 year’s experience as a client consultant and marketing specialist in the world of high-end home automation and home theater. As a CEDIA Registered Outreach Instructor he provides numerous courses for continuing education credit to members of AIA, ASID, NARI and AIBD. Doug is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and completed a Master Level Sales and Business Management program while on Scholarship at the Vienna School of Economics in Austria. He is a contemporary art consultant in his limited free time and lives in Papillion with his wife, four children, and burdensome pets.
Client Services Manager
Dan Reuting manages the client services for Echo Systems with over 20 years of experience in the industry to include: system design, project management and installation. His belief is that customer service has become a lost art-form in too much of the current business landscape. His focus is concentrated on making customer service the priority. A couple of Dan’s mantras are, “It can be done” & “Where there’s a wall, there’s a way”.
Dan is married with two boys, studied Marketing and History while at the University of Nebraska at Omaha & is a proud U.S. Army veteran. He is an avid sports fan and a recovering youth sports coach.
